1. Who we are
The website regatul-rasfatului.pages.dev belongs to the Regatul Răsfățului — Parties for girls salon, located at Strada Horea nr. 10, ap. 1/A, Târgu Mureș, Mureș County. You can reach us by phone/WhatsApp at 0756 145 461 or at lrn_andrea@yahoo.co.uk.
2. What we offer
In our salon we organise pamper sessions and birthday parties for girls aged 5 to 12 (manicures and colourful pedicures, foot spa, mini facials, temporary tattoos, hairstyles, gentle make-up, creative activities), the “Pamper Day” experience and gift vouchers. The description, duration and price of each package are those shown on the website.
3. Prices
All prices are in lei (RON). The calculator on the site shows an estimated total based on the options chosen; the final price is the one we confirm when you book. We reserve the right to update prices; changes do not affect bookings already confirmed.
4. Bookings
The site does not take orders or online payments. Bookings are made by phone, on WhatsApp or by Facebook message. The “Send on WhatsApp” buttons only prepare a message for you to send; a booking is valid only once we confirm it, subject to availability. Payment details, any deposit and the conditions for rescheduling or cancelling are given when we confirm the booking.
5. Children's safety
- Girls are dropped off and picked up by a parent or an adult they designate.
- Please tell us when you book about any allergy, skin sensitivity, condition or dietary restriction. We adapt the activities or leave out unsuitable products.
- We use carefully selected cosmetics with gentle formulas suitable for children, including water-based nail polishes.
- At parties, parents bring the food, the cake and the snacks; we only serve them, so parents are responsible for choosing them and for what they contain.
6. Photos
We photograph or film children and publish images (for example on Facebook or on this site) only with a parent's consent, which you can withdraw at any time by asking us to delete the images.
7. Gift vouchers
A gift voucher is valid for the number of girls and the services written on it (a pamper session for 1–4 girls or Pamper Day). We tell you its validity and how to use it when we issue it. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Right of withdrawal
Our services are leisure services provided on a specific date or within a specific period, for which, under Art. 16(l) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. Rescheduling and cancellations are agreed directly with us, as set out when the booking is confirmed.
9. Intellectual property
The logo, texts, photos and graphics on this site belong to us or are used with the owners' permission and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
10. Complaints and dispute resolution
If anything isn't right, write to us at lrn_andrea@yahoo.co.uk or on WhatsApp; we'll reply as quickly as we can. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) or use the alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL), under Government Ordinance no. 38/2015. Romanian law applies.
11. Changes
